Stone Age Bread
Ingredients
- 300 g nuts (usually almonds and/or walnuts)
- 200 g sesame seeds
- 200 g linseeds
- 200 g sunflower seeds
- 300 g pumpkin seeds
- 2 dl rape seed oil
- 4 tsp sea salt
- 10 small eggs
Instructions
- Finely chop the nuts. You can replace some of the nuts with chia seeds.
- Mix all dry ingredients, add oil and blend in the eggs.
- Bake in a loaf tin at 160 degrees C for 60-65 min.
